I thought this was an absolutely fascinating viewpoint, and one I had never previously heard, on the book of Job. Could it be that we have all assumed that Job’s relationship with God at the start of the book is one we are to emulate? Could it be that there was a much greater purpose behind the whole interaction between God and Satan in chapters 1 and 2 that show the amazing foreknowledge and providence of God in Job’s life?

I would love to hear your take on this video.
